FM Resources supports a vendor neutral approach to Vendor Management Solutions (VMS). Early in the VMS evolution, large multinational staffing companies captured most of this market due to their financial strength and investment in leading edge technology, which gave rise to proprietary HR systems. This created a partiality in the supply chain assessment tools and cast doubt on the bias-free nature of the reporting metrics.
FM Resources offers our knowledge and experience to our clients as we work in partnership to help them make an informed choice tailored to the needs of their company. We assist clients with both the implementation and on-going management of the current staffing provider.
We also manage and mentor the relationship between the client and its network of HR-related vendors by performing duties, which include:
• Monitoring the technology and service delivery to make certain all service level agreements are met
• Preparing vendor report cards and quality assessments
• Conducting training and order management activities
• Preparing rate audits and bill rate recommendations
The scope of this role may be further expanded to management of other areas such as federal contract reporting requirements and minority content goals objectives.
FM Resources has built a pre-qualified network of independently owned minority businesses (MWBE suppliers) to satisfy a broad range of service requirements most specifically, to help you offset any diversity spend requirements and make sure you are in compliance.
For some clients, VMS reaches beyond the contingent staffing function to include legal and other specialty business lines.
