You, as the prospective employer client, provide us with a detailed scope of the project. Contractors are available to work on a search by search basis or as an ongoing supplement to your internal HR team. Once we have a firm understanding of the requirements, we search our vast network of contract recruiters to identify the best recruiter for the job. We arrange a meeting between the contractor and the client. Once we feel there is a match, we can handle all of the negotiation and coordination of pay rate, bill rate and administration.

Off-Site Recruiting: Many clients wish to have the support and flexibility of a professional contract recruiter. However, their needs may be sporadic or part-time in nature. For these clients, off-site recruiting is the best solution.

In an off-site recruiting scenario, we go through the same exact process as we do for on-site recruiters. The only difference is that the recruiter works from a home office and is compensated based on commissions only. Off-site recruiting is often a good solution if the nature of the search assignment is confidential.

Resume Review: Many of our clients don’t have the time or resources to sort through the resumes submitted to them. As a value-added service, our qualified professionals will review and screen resumes you have on file to allow you to focus your resources on only the candidates whose qualifications match your open positions.

Resume review and phone screening: The client may also add a phone screen or in-person screen to the resume review services described above in order to narrow the qualified candidates who will be interviewed by the client.

Resume Submittal: FM Resources has an extensive database of candidates.
Our network of recruiters are continuously and proactively searching and recruiting top level candidates from a variety of sources including: internet postings, professional societies, candidate and company referrals, University affiliations, direct recruiting, networking events, and career fairs. FM Resources can provide resumes of qualified candidates to you as one part of your internal recruiting process.

Interview Services: Our professionals have industry based experience in scientific (pharmaceutical, biotech, chemical, food, environmental, medical device, biopharma manufacturing), finance, engineering, and information technology. We understand the terminology and can sit in on interviews with your candidates in order to assess technical qualifications.
