Michael Marinoff is a founding partner and serves as FM Resources Chief Executive Officer, providing strategic direction and leadership to the team.
A seasoned executive with more than 15 years of experience, Michael leverages his extensive business, staffing and biopharmaceutical expertise to architect innovative HR consulting services and solutions that help his clients achieve key organizational objectives and maintain a competitive advantage. Prior to FM Resources, Michael previously held positions as Area Business Manager for Parke-Davis Pharmaceutical, Regional Sales Manager for Kelly Scientific Resources, and Area Director for Adecco Medical and Science.
Quynh Nguyen joined FM Resources after five years as a Senior Recruiter for some of the leading staffing providers in the world. Quynh is actively involved in internal hiring, human resources functions and strategic development for FM Resources’ consulting practice.
As a graduate of the renowned College of Chemistry at the University of Berkeley in California, Quynh found passion and success as a recruiter in the Biotech and Biopharmaceutical industries. As her career developed, her expertise encompassed a wide variety of areas including recruiting within the Aerospace, Telecommunications, Engineering, and IT industries. In her free time, Quynh volunteers for local organizations such as ACWP (A Child without Parents) and AWT (the Association of Women in Technology). She is currently the Chair of the Mentorship program at AWT, promoting the power of positive connections and helping others to establish and meet their career goals.
